IT: I presenti Termini e Condizioni (le “Condizioni Generali”) disciplinano l’accesso e l’utilizzo del sito www.tagipet.com (il “Sito”) e dei servizi offerti da HexaFlow S.R.L., con sede in Via Salvo D’Acquisto 12, 95041 – Caltagirone (CT), Italia, P.IVA IT06176550876 (“TagiPet” o la “Società”). L’uso del Sito o la sottoscrizione di un abbonamento implica l’accettazione integrale delle Condizioni Generali.
EN: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.tagipet.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by HexaFlow S.R.L., Via Salvo D’Acquisto 12, 95041 – Caltagirone (CT), Italy, VAT IT06176550876 (“TagiPet” or the “Company”). By using the Site or subscribing to a plan, you fully accept these Terms.
1. Oggetto del Servizio / Services
IT:
- TagiPet Duo – servizio che consente la creazione di una vCard e QR code personalizzato, con 2 Dispositivi NFC fisici inclusi.
- PetGuard Alone / SafeTail One – come sopra, con 1 dispositivo NFC fisico incluso.
- PetGuard Family / SafePack – come sopra, con 3 dispositivi NFC inclusi.
EN:
- TagiPet Duo – service that allows the creation of a vCard and personalized QR code, with 2 physical NFC devices included.
- PetGuard Alone / SafeTail One – as above, with 1 physical NFC device included.
- PetGuard Family / SafePack – as above, with 3 NFC devices included.
2. Iscrizione e Utilizzo / Registration and Use
IT: L’Utente deve registrarsi creando un account personale e si impegna a:
- fornire dati veritieri e aggiornati;
- mantenere riservate le credenziali;
- non usare i Servizi per scopi illeciti.
EN: The User must register by creating a personal account and agrees to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- keep credentials confidential;
- not use the Services for unlawful purposes.
3. Durata e Abbonamento / Subscription and Fees
IT: Abbonamento annuale con rinnovo volontario online ai prezzi in vigore:
- TagiPet Duo: €19,99/anno (2 tag inclusi)
- PetGuard Alone / SafeTail One: €14,99/anno (1 tag incluso)
- PetGuard Family / SafePack: €24,99/anno (3 tag inclusi)
EN: Annual subscription, renewable online at current rates:
- TagiPet Duo: €19.99/year (2 tags included)
- PetGuard Alone / SafeTail One: €14.99/year (1 tag included)
- PetGuard Family / SafePack: €24.99/year (3 tags included)
All prices VAT included.
4. Spedizioni / Shipping
IT: Spedizione inclusa solo in EUROPA nei piani con NFC tag. Consegna in 10–15 giorni lavorativi.
EN: Shipping included only in Europe for plans with NFC tags. Delivery in 10–15 business days.days.
5. Garanzia e Sostituzione / Warranty and Replacement
IT: La sostituzione sarà gratuita, verranno addebitate solo le spese di spedizione calcolate in base al paese di destinazione.
EN: The replacement will be free of charge, only shipping costs calculated based on the destination country will be charged.
6. Limitazioni e Responsabilità / Limitations and Liability
IT:
- TagiPet non sostituisce il microchip obbligatorio.
- L’efficacia dipende dall’uso del tag e da smartphone NFC/QR disponibili.
- Nessuna garanzia di ritrovamento dell’animale.
- L’Utente è responsabile di dati aggiornati e corretta applicazione del tag.
- La Società non risponde di smarrimenti o usi impropri.

- TagiPet does not replace mandatory microchip identification.
- Service effectiveness depends on the tag being worn and NFC/QR smartphone availability.
- No guarantee of pet recovery.
- User is responsible for data accuracy and proper use of the tag.
- The Company is not liable for pet loss or misuse by third parties.
7. Modifiche ai Servizi / Service Changes
IT: La Società può aggiornare o modificare i Servizi garantendo la continuità dell’abbonamento in corso.
EN: The Company may update or modify Services while ensuring continuity of active subscriptions.
8. Diritto di Recesso / Right of Withdrawal
IT: L’Utente UE può recedere entro 14 giorni scrivendo a support@tagipet.com. Escluso se il servizio è stato già utilizzato o il tag NFC attivato.
EN: EU Users may withdraw within 14 days by emailing help@tagipet.com. Not available if the Service has been used or NFC tag activated.
9. Privacy
IT: I dati sono trattati secondo GDPR (UE 2016/679). Vedi Privacy Policy.

10. Legge Applicabile e Foro / Governing Law and Jurisdiction
IT: Legge italiana. Foro esclusivo: Caltagirone, salvo diversa previsione inderogabile a tutela del consumatore.
EN: Governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Caltagirone, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
